The clinic and the Pilates studio

Located inside København Danser in the lovely Østerbro neighborhood, we welcome you in two rooms that allow a private setting filled with wonderful sunlight. We specialize in both Physiotherapy and Pilates and have the highest standard of equipment for all needs. Our equipment focuses on design, the environment, and your experience. We welcome people of all shapes and sizes, from all over the world.

We are two, a French and an Italian, who are both trained and certified physiotherapists. You can read more about the two of us below.

What makes us, us

We specialise in providing both Pilates training as well as Physiotherapy as we know that it is important to address symptoms as well as taking care of your body. As trained physiotherapists we look at your body from a clinical perspective and through all of our services can provide valuable insights into your body and movements patterns.

In our pilates studio, we do not just focus on mat or reformer, but take the best elements from physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and pilates to create a customised program for you and your body. We have Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac machines and also use balls, rings, foam roller, weight and elastics bands.

Our physiotherapists are trained in The Netherlands, Canada and Australia and have lots of experience also working with pregnancy and postpartum care.
