What is pilates?

Pilates is a comprehensive exercise-based activity with benefits ranging from rehabilitation to enhanced sport performance. Annalisa's aim is to tailor the sessions to each individual, addressing both short and long-term goals by incorporating elements of yoga, dance, mindfulness, functional tasks, and sport-specific exercises. No previous experience required.

Private sessions

For those seeking to elevate their physical potential, Annalisa’s private pilates sessions offer a premium, personalized experience. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to enhance your performance and align with your individual goals..

Duos and Trios Sessions 

Bring a family member, a friend, or join a small group. Each session is semi-private and fully tailored, so you and your training partners can follow either shared or individual programs based on your goals and needs, offering a supportive way to build strength and connection together. These sessions are designed to help you move with intention, improve alignment, and build strength in a mindful, encouraging environment.

Family Pilates is also available, where you can bring your little one along and enjoy a session designed for both of you, book a private or a duo with your partner or friends.

Prenatal and postpartum session are available 1:1 or  3:1  according to your needs.

    Sessions are scheduled on your terms, offering flexibility and a truly individualized experience.

  • Duos and Trios Sessions

    Share the experience and double the motivation — bring a friend, family member, or join a small group for semi-private Pilates sessions with Annalisa, a qualified physiotherapist. These sessions offer the perfect mix of personalized attention and supportive connection.

    Start with an Intro Combo that includes a physiotherapy assessment, movement analysis, and a personalized program tailored to each participant’s goals and needs. Whether you follow a shared routine or individual plans, you’ll explore Pilates movement breakdowns, breathing techniques, strength work, mobility, and stretching — all in a mindful, friendly setting.

    Train with someone you enjoy, share a laugh, and support each other as you move with purpose, improve alignment, and build strength. Having a Pilates buddy makes the journey more fun, more consistent, and even more rewarding. Sessions are scheduled around your availability for a flexible, uplifting experience.

  • Family Pilates

    Bring your little one along, book a private or duo session with your partner or friend — a special time to move, connect, and recharge together. Led by physiotherapist Annalisa, each session is gently tailored to you and your baby needs and rituals, blending Pilates, breathing, and relaxation in a supportive space. Whether you're rebuilding strength or simply sharing mindful movement, it’s a unique way to care for yourself while enjoying time with someone you love.


  • Prenatal & Post Partum

    Prenatal and postpartum Pilates sessions are available 1:1 or in small groups (up to 5:1).
    Designed to support your body’s unique changes, these sessions focus on strength, stability, and recovery.

    Annalisa, a physiotherapist, offers guidance and answers to your specific concerns — for you or your baby.
