FysiogPilates is a private facility, which means that you cannot use a referral from your doctor when booking an appointment. We provide services directly to clients without requiring a referral. While you're welcome to bring a referral if you have one, it won't affect the price of services. If you have insurance, coverage for services may be available – please check with your insurance provider for details.
Please note that cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled consultation. Cancellations made after this time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price of the consultation.

What’s included?
All equipment and necessary items that are needed for your session are provided by our studio. Come or take with you comfortable clothes to move with. Your baby is welcome to join you, free of charge and you’re welcome to feed and change your baby as needed. We have baby toys to keep them engaged, while you train. Pram can be parked in the spacious window terrace in front of you. We end each session with a nice complimentary cup of tea or refreshing glass of water.
